VibroGym Whole Body Vibration Training or acceleration training has been around since the early 1900’s (originally known as powerplate) and today its primary use is to strengthen muscles and joints and most importantly increase bone mineral density.

Also used with Cerebral Palsy clients to help relieve tension in the muscles of the most affected limbs with spasticity.
