Aurora Active is not another gym.

It’s an exciting new concept for training in a boutique studio in Bowral – just what the Highlands has been waiting for. You won’t see regular results because we don’t have your regular gym equipment – there’s not a treadmill, a rower or a stepper in sight. What you will see is cutting edge equipment, including whole body training platforms, known as VibroGyms.

If you hate queuing for equipment, or feel intimidated by equipment you don’t know how to use, then Aurora Active is waiting for you.

We also offer personal training and group training (maximum of four) with speciality Mums and Bubs and Baby Boomers classes.
